How does this kit work?
Step 1: Collect the semen sample in a clean and dry specimen collection cup.
Step 2: Allow the sample to stand for 60 minutes, till the semen is fully liquified.
Step 3: Open the pouch just
before use.
Step 4: Using the specimen
applicator provided,
transfer 0.1 ml of semen
sample to assay buffer vial.
Step 5: Mix it well. Open the cap of vial & transfer 2 drops of diluted sample to sample slot (S) marked on the test card.
Step 6: Read the results within 5-10 minutes.
Step 7: Discard the test card after use.
How To Read Your Results?
NORMAL
Two pink/purple coloured lines at C & T. It means that specimen has normal sperm count. (greater than 15 million/ml).
ABNORMAL
One pink/purple coloured line at C. It means that specimen has abnormal sperm count. (less than 15 million/ml).
INVALID
One pink/purple coloured line at T or No pink/purple coloured line at C & T. The test should be repeated with new test kit. This might occur when insufficient specimen (too much or too less) volume is used. Follow the instructions carefully.

Note: The intensity of the color in the test line region (T) will vary depending on the concentration of SP-10 protein present in the specimen. Therefore, any shade of color in the test line region (T) should be considered normal.
